The registry lists 4,604 facilities with an active status on NextGen eHospital, spanning district hospitals, medical colleges, community health centres, AYUSH facilities and single-doctor clinics.
District counts are computed as unique state–district pairs, so a district name shared across two states is counted once per state.
ABHA HFID is the Health Facility Registry identifier used to link a facility to the national health account ecosystem. Facilities without a published HFID show a dash.
Onboarding dates reflect the migration of each facility onto the NextGen platform.
